Wednesday, Sept. 18
At 6:05 a.m., a Southeast Fourth Avenue resident reported that a car was stolen.
At 11:57 a.m., a caller reported that a man was walking on Barrington Drive with his pants halfway down.
At 12:53 p.m., a caller reported that a man was walking along the highway with multiple pairs of pants around his ankles.
At 1:49 p.m., a caller reported that a man with pants around his ankles was screaming and twitching at passersby.
At 6:33 p.m., a resident reported that a shoeless and shirtless man was in the bushes behind a bank on Kettle Street.
Thursday, Sept. 19
At 9 a.m., a caller reported that a group of five people were smoking a meth pipe on Bowmer Street.
At 5:33 p.m., a West Whidbey Avenue resident reported that a lawnmower was stolen from the yard.
At 7:47 p.m., a North Oak Harbor Street resident reported that teenagers left a dead bird and a nasty note threatening a child who doesn’t even live at the house.
Friday, Sept. 20
At 6:09 p.m., a concerned citizen reported that a transient man was walking with his pants around his ankles.
At 7:16 p.m., a Harvest Drive resident reported that a “strange kid” was ducking between houses.
At 10:31 p.m., a caller reported that someone threw three bricks through his mother’s window on Southwest Upland Court. No one was injured.
Saturday, Sept. 21
At 6:53 a.m., an Ernst Street resident reported that that muscles in his arms wouldn’t relax.
At 6 p.m., a residential burglary was reported on Northwest Atalanta Way.
At 6 p.m., a caller at a club on Barrington Drive reported that a troubled man brought a loaded gun inside.
Sunday, Sept. 22
At 10:43 a.m., a caller reported that an elderly woman was very messy.
At 11:04 a.m., an Atalanta Way resident reported that the inside of her house was filled with pesticides.
At 2:07 p.m., a caller reported that a man was throwing things into traffic and jumping around on North Oak Harbor Street.
At 9:48 p.m., a caller reported that a man was taking off his clothes and punching the side of the 7-Eleven store.
Monday, Sept. 23
At 10:24 p.m., a man reported that a “crazy weirdo” was stalking his wife.
Tuesday, Sept. 24
At 11:29 a.m., a driver reported that a man was lying in a parking lot with his head on the curb on Barrington Drive.
At 6:04 p.m., a resident reported that a man with a rifle was standing on the steps at a Falls Creek Loop home.
At 7:07 p.m., a caller reported that someone was inside a dumpster on Southeast Barrington Drive.
Thursday, Sept. 26
At 9:12 a.m., a Northwest Seventh Avenue resident reported that someone stole her Door Dash order. The resident said a woman in pajama shorts ran up to her house, yelled, “I did it,” and went inside the caller’s house.
At 12:08 p.m., a man reported finding a handgun near a mailbox on Crosby Avenue.
At 2:56 p.m., a Northwest Longview Drive resident reported that a few down riggers were stolen from his boat.
At 6:35 p.m., a North Oak Harbor Street resident reported that someone was shooting up in a prayer garden.

At 7:35 a.m., a caller reported finding a snapping turtle in the area of Southwest Fairway Lane.
At 11:46 a.m., an Atalanta Way resident reported that a dog was killed with roach spray.
At 3:17 p.m., a caller reported that a transient man was masturbating near Walmart.

At 6:42 a.m., a caller reported finding a safe in the parking lot on Southeast Cabot Drive. The caller said it looked like someone tried to break into it.
Monday, Sept. 30
At 12:47 p.m., a caller on Fairway Drive reported that a snapping turtle was in a bin.
At 3:13 p.m., a Western Drive resident reported that a snake was in the garage.

At 10:47 a.m., a caller reported that a jaywalker threatened a driver who honked at him.
At 12:07 p.m., a Northwest Seventh Avenue resident reported that his aunt was sitting on the couch laughing maniacally.

At 7:30 p.m., a caller reported that a man was speeding at over 100 mph over and over through a parking lot on Beeksma Drive.

At 11:07 a.m., a caller reported that his friends thinks someone is dead in his room on Olive Street.

At 10:20 a.m., a resident reported that two drunk men were in the water and throwing rocks at each other at the beach.
At 5:06 p.m., a caller reported that a man exposed himself in the area of South Beeksma Drive.
At 5:55 p.m., a driver reported that a man was peeing on the side of the road next to Walmart.
At 6:22 p.m., a caller reported that a contractor found that a house on Sumner Drive was filled with urine.
At 9:20 p.m., a North Oak Harbor Street resident reported that a crackhead was trying to get into the house.

At 12:20 a.m., a driver reported that a man in a silver truck in a Highway 20 parking lot was putting a gun to his head and then taking it away.
