I can’t seem to decide what the proposed “Langley Lift” looks like. A cruise ship loading terminal? A multi-modal coal transfer facility? Or is it the jetway at gate S12 at Sea-Tac?

However you want to describe it, one thing’s for sure: The lift will be a cringe-inducing eyesore mainly benefiting the developers whose buildings will sprout around its base. “Langley,” someone told me today “is rapidly losing its charm.” One need look no further than projects such as this to see why.
