Codi Walker and Michael Delmonte, a 1999 graduate of South Whidbey High School, were married Aug. 6, 2010 at the Shilshole Bay Beach Club in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. The ceremony was held outdoors before a setting sun on the shores of Puget Sound. The couple enjoyed a honeymoon in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The bride is the daughter of Gary and Mimi Walker of Springfield, Mo. She is a graduate of Creighton University and is a sales account manager for UPS in Seattle.

The groom is the son of Richard and Diane Delmonte of Freeland. He is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and works as a mechanical engineer in the defense industry.

The couple recently purchased a home in Kirkland, which they share with their dog, Ranger.
