To the editor:

Earth to Hall, earth to Hall, are you out there?

I cannot believe your letter to the editor, it is obvious you have not read the Arizona bill, all of you out there in the left just Google or Yahoo Arizona Senate Bill 1070 and read it; the bill is only 17 pages long.

Obama has not read the bill, Attorney General Eric Holder testifying before Congress admitted that he has not read the bill. The head of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Janet Napolitano even admitted before a Senate hearing that she has not read the bill. Napolitano further embarrassed herself by stating that she would not have passed the bill. How does she know if she hasn’t read it?

I cannot believe the arrogance of the Obama administration and of the left. NO, NO, NO Obama is not following the Constitution of the United States, he is doing everything but. How can a person lead a nation when he does not believe in the nation he is suppose to lead? That describes Obama and his whole administration.

Arizona bill 1070 mirrors the federal immigration bill except the Arizona bill has even more restrictions. The bill several times refers to the federal statute and refers that federal agents of ICE would take control and determine final outcome. It really does spell it out.

We are a nation of immigrants. My father emigrated from Greece, as did most of my relatives; I could call myself a “Greek American,” but I am a very proud American with Greek heritage. I would give my life for the United States of America but not for Greece. I have served 1966 to 1970 and I am a Viet Nam vet.

Borders define the United States, Canada, Mexico and every sovereign nation in the world; you take a border away the sovereign nation no longer exists.

Obama, Bush and McCain and a whole host of other politicians both sides of the isle are only looking for votes — not what is right. The United States federal government has let the state of Arizona down.
