Port of South Whidbey commissioners will meet in a special meeting today to select a firm for the outside mooring project.

The meeting is 4 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, in the port’s headquarters on Scott Road under China City in Freeland.

The project would modify the new floats at the marina in Langley to better accommodate large boats. The board will also consider bids to fix anchor lines that are rubbing.
