Editor, Bad timing! The week I get a subscription renewal request, you publish an intolerably racist “cartoon.” With stories of young black men being brutalized by law enforcement agencies appearing almost weekly, you choose to publish a “cartoon” showing poor dirty Harry being unable to dispatch his “punk” because his body camera demands that he be responsible for his actions.

The week I get a subscription renewal request, you publish an intolerably racist “cartoon.” With stories of young black men being brutalized by law enforcement agencies appearing almost weekly, you choose to publish a “cartoon” showing poor dirty Harry being unable to dispatch his “punk” because his body camera demands that he be responsible for his actions. And the “punk” in question? Young and black of course. Your editorial staff is in dire need of cultural sensitivity training. In the meantime, you can cancel my subscription.
