LETTER TO THE EDITOR | There goes the neighborhood

Editor, The invasion of Rite Aid in Freeland is just too sad. A friendly, warm, neighborly business has succumbed to a cold food mart that happens to have a pharmacy of some dubious character. Thank heavens some employees have chosen to remain in such an environment to remind us that a friendly, kind manner and well-supplied store used to be good business.

Editor,

The invasion of Rite Aid in Freeland is just too sad. A friendly, warm, neighborly business has succumbed to a cold food mart that happens to have a pharmacy of some dubious character.

Thank heavens some employees have chosen to remain in such an environment to remind us that a friendly, kind manner and well-supplied store used to be good business.

Time to change the alliance?

Sad day for the neighborhood to see such a decline of community and character.

Good luck to all of us.
