Margaret E. Korthuis, 85, of Langley died Jan. 19, 2004.

She was born March 26, 1918.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Jake Korthuis, in 1994.

She is survived by a sister, Lorraine Quiram, and family of Lynden; two daughters, Arlene, and her husband, Clayton Voigt, and Patricia Emens, all of Langley; a granddaughter, Ginger, and her husband, Wayne, and their three children, Cameron, Jake and Alexandra Fosberg; as well as many friends in Edmonds, Bellingham, Lynden and on Whidbey Island.
