Eric T. Kraabel passed away May 3, 2008.

Eric was born Nov. 29, 1962 and grew up in Medina and attended Bellevue High School. For several years, he owned a roofing and construction company on Whidbey Island.

Eric loved soccer, golf, skiing and salmon fishing on Whidbey Island with his son, Ivan.

He is survived by his parents, Paul and Eileen Kraabel of Seattle; brother Peter of Redmond; sister Susan Atkinson of Ketchum, Idaho; a son Ivan, and Ivan’s mother, Laura Hedgecock of Seattle.

A celebration of life service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, May 22 at the home of Peter and Andrea Kraabel, 6507 – 258th Ave. NE, Redmond.
