Loantha Pennock Angel

Loantha Pennock Angel died peacefully in her sleep in the early morning of Jan. 28, 2007.

She will be remembered and sorely missed by the many, many people who loved her.

Loantha was born in Manitoba, Canada, Dec. 6, 1933.

She came to Seattle via North Dakota and in 1955 married George Angel. Her greatest joys in life were her family and friends.

She retired early as assistant branch manager of Seattle First National Bank and became more active then ever. She was always active with bowling, golfing, playing bridge or entertaining. Loantha was truly a lady of class who loved life and was always a joy to be around.

Loantha is survived by her husband of 52 years, George Angel; her three daughters and their husbands Christine and Tom Millott, Linda and TJ Shilley and Tracy and Nick Morigi; as well as her six grandchildren, Michelle and her husband Jason Hartley, Benjamin, Lacey, Adam, Jesse and Anthony; and two great-grandchildren McKenzie and Maisee.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Freeland.
