Isabelle N. Gandy, 79, passed away Feb. 16, 2005, in Coupeville. She was born June 30, 1925, in San Marcos, Calif., a daughter of John and Helen Monica Justice.

She married James B. Gandy. Mrs. Gandy moved to Whidbey Island from Hood River, Ore., 13 months ago, to be near her daughter and son-in-law. She was an Episcopalian and attended St. Marks Church in Hood River.

Her husband, James B. Gandy, preceded her in death.

She is survived by one daughter; Corie (Nate) Nichols of Freeland; two sons, Jim Gandy of Warrenton, Ore., and Kenneth (Ronnie) Gandy of Centerville, Wash.; one brother, Richard Justice of Ramona, Calif.; nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

Services will be held in Hood River at a later date.
