Heidi Sue McLeod

Heidi Sue McLeod, beloved child of God, passed away in Seattle on March 18, 2016.

Heidi was born in Seattle on May 16, 1964. As a young girl, she spent many happy summers at her grandparents’ beach cabin on Bell’s Beach.

Heidi is survived by her father Doug McLeod of Langley; stepmother Mary McLeod of Langley; mother Suzanne Brokaw of Colville, Washington; paternal grandmother Winnie McLeod of Freeland; maternal grandfather Don Long of Sodona, Ariz.; sisters, Molly Delgado (Ray) of Lake Stevens and Anna McLeod of Bellevue; and brothers Jamie McLeod (Anika) of Seattle and Tommy Brokaw of Seattle. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

The family is most grateful for the Cottage Grove Commons in giving her safe haven the past two years, and for the companionship of her friend Richard. A private family service is planned at a later date.
