Outcast Productions is hosting a staged reading this weekend for a new musical, “Ghostdrivers,” that will feature a number of familiar faces in the Whidbey theater scene.
The staged reading is at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 1, and 4 p.m. Sunday, July 2. The reading is at Outcast Theater, located in the Fine Arts Building at the Whidbey Island Fairgrounds.
The musical is based off a book by Tom Bourne and describes the ghost of an RV driving honeymooner who will “forever roam the skies in search of a rest stop, guilty of unspecified RV-ing sins.”
Tickets can be purchased through Brown Paper Tickets at www.brownpapertickets.com/event/2996009 or by emailing Outcast Productions at ocp@whidbey.com.
Tickets cost $14.
