The South Whidbey Schools Foundation is holding its March Dine Out Wednesdays for the South Whidbey Schools program to help fund innovative classroom educational activities.
Each Wednesday, restaurants will donate a portion of the day’s proceeds to the Schools Foundation.
The Dine Out program is held in March and October and raises more than $5,000 a year for the foundation.
Participating restaurants in Langley include Saltwater Café, Spyhop Public House, Sprinklz and Useless Bay Coffee Co.
In Freeland: the Freeland Café, Gordon’s on Blueberry Hill, Charmers Bistro and Rocket Taco.
In Clinton: Patron Mexican Restaurant, Island Nosh and Big W Pizza (take-out). In Bayview: Neil’s Clover Patch Café.
“We thank all the participating restaurants and their patrons for supporting innovative education programs in our community schools.
Please remember to tell your waitstaff that you are there to support the Dine Out program,” said foundation president Chris Gibson.
