South Whidbey High School athletes earned all-league honors the Cascade Conference announced last week.

In boys basketball, senior Lewis Pope was selected as the league’s Co-Most Valuable Player with Cedar Park Christian’s George Reidy.

Junior Kody Newman was a first-team choice.

Falcon coach Mike Washington received Coach of the Year honors.

Three freshman Falcon wrestlers were honored.

Soren Bratrude was first team at 113 pounds, and Drew Aposhyan (120 pounds) and Caleb McArthur (132) were second-team selections.
