The Knights’ pitcher had his own control issues. South Whidbey opened the game with a run in the first inning thanks to free passes. Alex Black led off by reaching on an error, then walks to Drew Fry, Ethan Petty and Kade Petty forced in a run.
King’s scored twice in the second on a single, error and wild pitch.
