Monday, Sept. 2
At 7:13 p.m., a man reported he was upset because his grandson posted a video of a dead fawn with someone saying “dinner.”
At 8:09 p.m., a Bakerview Place reported that her husband was stuck in a tree.
At 9:44 p.m., a customer at a Highway 525 business reported that someone was beating on the window of a car.
Tuesday, Sept. 3
At 1:05 a.m., a caller reported that people were trying to steal an excavator from a Zylstra Road property.
At 1:57 p.m., a caller reported that a suspicious suitcase was sitting next to an electrical box on East Harbor Road.
At 4:17 p.m., a driver reported that two pieces of plaster board fell out of the back of a truck on Highway 525.
At 9:41 p.m., a Northgate Drive resident reported that someone parked a tan Chevy Blazer next to a nearby port-a-potty and at least one person went inside.
Wednesday, Sept. 4
At 2:55 a.m., a Maxwelton Road resident reported that a coyote was barking in the backyard.
At 4:11 p.m., a caller reported that neighbors on Rockwell Lane took down their fence and now their mastiff is running loose and chasing people.
At 8:38 p.m., a wobbly bicyclist was reported on Highway 20.
Thursday, Sept. 5
At 12:07 a.m., a caller reported that a coyote was run over on Highway 20.
At 9:15 a.m., a caller reported having video footage of people breaking into a holding facility on Woodard Avenue.
At 9:30 a.m., a Squire Road resident reported that a transient stole a hammer and other tools.
At 11:26 a.m., a Northgate Drive resident reported that someone was inside the port-a-potty near her home.
At 4:55 p.m., a caller reported finding blood on the door of a vacant house on Currant Court.
At 5:45 p.m., a caller reported her daughter ran into creepy people on Gamble Street.
Friday, Sept. 6
At 12:35 a.m., a resident reported hearing karaoke music from a house on Jones Road.
At 7:33 p.m., a caller reported that someone damaged the windshield on an RV with rocks on the highway near Libbey Road.
At 1:39 p.m., a caller reported finding a suspected human bone on West Beach.
At 8:15 p.m., a driver reported that a pig was on Highway 525.
At 8:09 p.m., a driver reported that another vehicle sideswiped his car while he was stopped for the pig.
At 9:58 p.m., a resident reported that lightning took out a transformer in the area of Highway 20 and Soundview Lane. The area went dark.
Sunday, Sept. 8
At 6:13 a.m., a Carnica Way resident reported that a neighbor has a “hail cannon” going off every two minutes to scare birds from his orchard. The noise started at 5:30 a.m.
At 2:48 p.m., an older couch was reported on Cultus Bay Road.
Monday, Sept. 9
At 12:30 a.m., a Meadowood Lane resident reported hearing someone walking back and forth on the porch.
At 12:44 p.m., a Ridgeway Drive resident reported that the neighbor’s dogs broke into her house and she was unable to get them out.
At 3:07 p.m., a man reported that a .45-caliber Springfield may have fallen out of his pocket while he was riding his motorcycle.
At 4:35 p.m., a Linda Lane resident reported that a census worker refused to leave.
At 6:55 p.m., a burglary was reported on Hideaway Lane.
At 9:47 p.m., a man asked if he could take home a deer killed on Taylor Road.
Tuesday, Sept. 10
At 8:51 a.m., an Alamo Way resident reported that a neighbor’s chickens were constantly in her yard.
At 11:58 a.m., a Skyline Drive resident reported that a Honda generator, wheel barrow, compressor, chainsaw and other items were stolen.
