Coldwell Banker Tara Properties of Whidbey Island has announced the sale of its South Whidbey Property Management division to Brad Jaeger.

Jaeger is an experienced property manager with more than 20 years in the industry.

With the sale comes a slightly different company name: Tara Property Management South.
