Whidbey and Camano Islands Tourism is holding a working lunch from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 3 at Ciao Restaurant in Coupeville to discuss the Washington Tourism Alliance and plans for funding state tourism. Special guest is WTA board member Jane Kilburn. She also serves as director of tourism development and senior counsel for communications at the Port of Seattle.
