On behalf of the Trust Board for Ebey’s Landing National Historical Reserve, and the Ebey’s Forever Fund, I would like to express our gratitude to all of the folks from throughout the island who attended our recent benefit at the Jacob and Sarah Ebey House.

It was a beautiful evening on the prairie made all the more elegant with music by Trio Nouveau, appetizers by Serendipity, beverages from Flyers, Bayleaf and Whidbey Island Winery, and the oh-so-picturesque antique cars that shepherded folks around the reserve to view four of our eight restoration grant recipient sites.

We are proud and enthusiastic about our mission to help preserve the Reserve’s most important heritage buildings. We feel the community interest and commitment growing and appreciate the support of donors for making this possible. We’ve made a strong start toward stabilizing historic buildings in Ebey’s Reserve, and with the continued support of the community we will be able to preserve many more for the generations to come. Stay tuned.
