Fight to keep Bank of America branch open | LETTERS TO THE EDITOR

People who bank at Bank of America in the Oak Harbor Safeway should fight to keep this branch open. A lot of folks will be affected by its closure as it is 30 miles to the bank in Mount Vernon and this branch being open on Saturday is a real good thing for a lot of folks. The bank in Safeway is always busy on Saturday and it will be a great loss for Oak Harbor and Whidbey Island. We will all have to change banks.

People who bank at Bank of America in the Oak Harbor Safeway should fight to keep this branch open.

A lot of folks will be affected by its closure as it is 30 miles to the bank in Mount Vernon and this branch being open on Saturday is a real good thing for a lot of folks. The bank in Safeway is always busy on Saturday and it will be a great loss for Oak Harbor and Whidbey Island. We will all have to change banks.

I, for one, will have to change banks as I can not get to Mount Vernon to do my banking.

I have been with Bank of America for over 30 years.
