Am I the only person appalled by the unmitigated gall of a person castigating the mayor in a public meeting accusing him of ignoring an earlier gathering at the Langley Methodist Church. The mayor rightfully responded “Shame on you, shame on you,” which was justified.

First, the meeting was not a formal city council meeting. Second, the mayor was honoring his mother and his father-in-law for their physical needs from a moral obligation far more important than a lop-sided meeting designed to gain support by an sanctuary city activist group wanting to sway public emotions in their favor. A feckless cause I would add, better suited to those of guttersnipe mentality. Not by rational thinkers!
