To the editor:

I wish to thank everyone personally who has made the Good Cheer Food Bank the amazing place that it is.

Ever since I was in an accident, the food bank has provided so much for my family. And not just the amazing range of food choices — can you believe that garden? — but a truly community-wide support experience from the dignified ability to “shop” stigma-free for food, to the ability to contribute to the cycle and donate the outgrown clothing and buy “new” at Good Cheer thrift stores.

I am very grateful to live in such a community.
