Editor, I was quoted in the Aug. 8 issue of The Record saying “I’d favor retaining as much rural land in the UGA as possible — with walking trails.”

I was quoted in the Aug. 8 issue of The Record saying “I’d favor retaining as much rural land in the UGA as possible — with walking trails.”

I’d like to clarify that whether it’s large or small, and I imagine small is better, I’d favor a UGA with a far-reaching system of off-road public trails extending throughout and beyond Langley.
