A letter entitled, “Bond promises to bring leadership” that appeared in the August 3 edition of the South Whidbey Record was signed by several individuals and included their organizational titles. The inclusion of the titles was an honest mistake on the part of our campaign and was not meant to construe endorsement by any organization. We apologize for any misunderstanding this may have caused.
