Thank you for the article in last Saturday’s Record: “Langley city planner is the cat’s meow.”

It’s wonderful to read that felines play such a prominent role at Langley City Hall. Reading about Austin and Randy made me wonder if some local cat lovers may not be aware that WAIF now has a cat adoption center in Freeland. As you leave Freeland heading south you will find the WAIF Cat Cottage and Adoption Center located at the “y” where Scott Road and Newman Road meet.

If you are looking for the perfect kitten, juvenile or adult feline friend, look no further. The adoption center has some of each, all dreaming of a forever home. The center also has a “get acquainted” room where you can spend some quality time with your new friend to be sure you’re compatible.
