I just called in my first report — easy peasy. If we don’t report all cutters there will be no reason for anyone to wait in line. If there are no consequences these people won’t stop and others will follow.

On Saturday, I spoke with the man immediately behind the cutter and he didn’t report because it did not impact him. No regard for the car waiting up the hill who will not get on the next ferry because of this cutter.

I spoke with the cutters, a very nice middle-aged couple who said they live on Whidbey Island and had just spent three hours and lots of money in Mukilteo so they did not think it was necessary to go to the end of the line — they cut in from Arnie’s. I fully believe they’ve done this before and got away with it.
