LETTER TO THE EDITOR | The Record’s online classifieds layout is the worst

Editor, I do not know who thought they were improving your online classified ad page but sad to say they failed miserably. If the idea was to make it difficult to navigate and challenging to make sense of, they succeeded. This is the worst layout I have ever come across.
