Regarding your April 10 front page story about the new gun store at Ken’s Korner as well as your editorial supporting and welcoming this business in our community, we will remind you of Carl Fredrik Reuterswärd’s world-famous “Non-Violence” sculpture, depicting a handgun with its barrel tied in a knot.

Regarding your April 10 front page story about the new gun store at Ken’s Korner as well as your editorial supporting and welcoming this business in our community, we will remind you of Carl Fredrik Reuterswärd’s world-famous “Non-Violence” sculpture, depicting a handgun with its barrel tied in a knot.

Perhaps one of your like-minded supporters would look to commission a piece for Ken’s Korner, along the lines of an illustration we came across, “Never mind the dog, beware of owner.”

Maybe we could even melt down some guns for the casting. How about that idea?
