To the editor:

Helen Price Johnson has always strived to demonstrate probity, mature consensus building, creative problem solving and a genuine commitment to both the short and long term requirements of hers and our community. As such, she can be relied upon to represent all Whidbey Islanders — without fail.

Any open-minded examination of her record on these points clearly shows how successful Helen has been. This reinforces the importance that voters in the upcoming election do their best to keep her on as our county commissioner.

While all elections are important, this year will be one of rare importance. Let’s all do the thoughtful and “right” thing and re-elect Helen Price Johnson.
