With the death of net neutrality, is it time for the city to look at building a municipal broadband?
I think it is. It will become too expensive when the ISPs start bundling packages like cable service.
Gone will be a “free” internet that the government built. I would be happy to pay the city over Comcast for the same free service.
Many cities in the U.S. and the world have municipal broadband, so why not Oak Harbor?
