To the editor:

I don’t know any of the candidates (no brother, neighbor, business associate or friend), but I have listened to John Dean speak about county government. I have read about what the commissioners have decided on various issues. I have sat through meetings of the county commissioners.

I like what I have seen and heard from John Dean, and when our ship is in danger of sinking, I really don’t want to change captains in mid-stream. Hold steady to the course.
