Whidbey Art Gallery presents “Outside In” for the month of November. An artists reception will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Nov. 2.

The exhibit features two-dimensional art as well as sculptural art. Each artist was asked to create art with their own interpretation of what “Outside In” means.
