On Wednesday, the Magnificent Crab Queens waved to passing motorists as they stood by Beeksma-Gateway Park in Oak Harbor. In response, many drivers honked their horns or waved. The Magnificent Crab Queens, organized about 20 years ago, choose to be anonymous. When asked, “What is the most fun you have had as a Crab Queen?” The answer was always much the same, being in Oak Harbor parades and giving back where needed to the Oak Harbor community.”
