Whidbey Island artists are invited to participate in the 15th annual Whidbey Open Studio Tour, sponsored by the Whidbey Island Arts Council. The tour dates are Oct. 8 and 9.

Artist can register online at www.islandartscouncil.org between April 1 and 30. The website contains all the details needed for artists to register.

The council and its volunteers look forward to another great tour to celebrate the visual arts on Whidbey Island.
