The Bayview Farmers Market had a successful year and organizers have decided to expand the season.
According to the market’s website, produce and other Whidbey-grown and made goods will be available each Saturday until Dec. 20 this year. The regular season market continues through Oct. 25 on the grass behind the big white letters at Bayview Corner.
Beginning in November, the market moves to the greenhouse at Bayview Farm and Garden. The first fall market starts Nov. 1 and will feature 10 to 15 vendors selling extended-season items.
Beginning Nov. 27, other vendors will join them for the Bayview Holiday Market, which is an annual four-week event offering late-season and fall produce, baked goods, and locally crafted gift items.
