Island County Commissioner Helen Price Johnson will pop into a Clinton cafe Thursday for an informal chat about county issues.

Price Johnson will be at Make Whidbey from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17. Make Whidbey is located at 8898 Highway 525 in Clinton, near Cozy’s Roadhouse on Frost Avenue.

Any local government topics are up for discussion. Island County is currently working on growth management and comprehensive plans, which cover everything from housing to environmental protections.
