The following items were selected from reports made to the Oak Harbor Police Department:

Tuesday, Aug. 20

At 8:29 a.m., a Northeast Barron Drive resident reported being screamed and yelled at by a neighbor. The caller locked the back door when a woman tried to get inside. The woman then yelled at the caller from behind a window.

At 5:27 p.m., a caller reported seeing a male with pants and underwear down to his knees walking around a parking lot on Highway 20.

At 6:29 p.m., a caller reported that a random person came up to them and punched their friend at the beach near Southeast Bayshore Drive.

At 9:39 p.m., a Northwest Atlanta Way resident asked for his apartment keys back. Earlier that day, he reported, he was detained by the FBI and agents gave his apartment keys to the Oak Harbor Police Department.

At 10 p.m., a Northwest Crosby Avenue resident reported seeing a cougar by the mailbox area.

Wednesday, Aug. 21

At 10:33 a.m., a Northeast Barron Drive resident reported her neighbor was talking about “her fat jiggly” buttocks while law enforcement was at her neighbor’s home to issue a trespass order on the caller.

At 1:06 p.m., officers were asked to check on a female who had been missing from her home in California for two weeks.

At 1:50 p.m., a Northeast Midway Boulevard resident reported that speeding vehicles have been an ongoing problem in the area.

At 3:45 p.m., a caller reported being harassed by a person driving a Chevy on Southwest Erie Street.
