Freeland Ace Hardware launches Oso aid

Freeland Ace Hardware is collecting donations of food, water and hygiene supplies for the victims of the Oso landslide. Possible donations include dry pasta, canned goods, bottled water, paper products — plates, bowls, napkins and toilet paper — plastic utensils, socks, blankets, diapers and gas cards. Any other donations will also be accepted.

Any other donations will also be accepted.

The Freeland Ace donation drive will run through Friday, April 5, during regular hours of operation, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. The store is located at 1609 E. Main Street.

Donations will be delivered to the Darrington Relief Effort in Darrington, Wash.
