A fundraising page has been created to help raise money for Shirley’s Kitchen in Clinton, which was claimed in a fire Thursday.

“Shirley has served our community the BEST burgers and breakfast sandwiches for approximately 25 years and needs some help to rebuild her great little building down at the Clinton Ferry Terminal,” states the Youcaring.com site, which as of Tuesday had raised $830.

“With no insurance, Shirley does not have any way to pick up these little pieces left of her kitchen and start over from scratch. Please donate, anything helps.”
