At 1:59 p.m., a caller reported finding items on Robinson Beach that may be associated with the crash of the seaplane.

At 4 p.m., a caller reported that a sheep was stuck in a fence on Silver Lake Road.

At 4:04 p.m., a resident reported that a man was standing in the middle of Morris Road and yelling.

At 7:46 p.m., a Resort Road resident reported that a prowler left a water jug behind.

At 8:17 p.m., a caller reported that a man in shorts was “charging people” as he was walking on Main Street toward Coupeville High School.

Thursday, Sept. 8

At 5:14 a.m., a caller reported that a man on Main Street in Coupeville was yelling about his phone being stolen.

At 6:40 a.m., a driver reported that a woman was walking in and out of traffic on Highway 20.

At 7 a.m., a caller reported that a woman was sitting in a ditch on Parkside Lane and clothes were scattered all over the road.

At 7:15 a.m., a caller on Olympic View Drive reported that a deer got stuck in a swing set and possibly broke a leg.

At 1:10 p.m., a resident reported that someone broke into a home on Engle Road.

At 1:35 p.m., a caller on South Whidbey found a shoe she suspected was from the plane crash.

At 4:50 p.m., a resident reported that someone was burning furniture and other items in a driveway on Jones Road.

At 8:23 p.m., a caller reported that her fiancé was talking to a man on Deception Pass Bridge who may have been contemplating jumping.

At 10:44 p.m., a resident at Robinson Boat Launch reported seeing a large white piece of something in the water. The caller said it might be a door from the seaplane that crashed.

Friday, Sept. 9

At 3:09 a.m., a Cerullo Drive resident reported hearing coyotes on her property.

At 11:04 a.m., a resident reported finding four shoes on the beach near Ebey’s Landing.

At 11:52 a.m., a caller reported that a woman with one shoe was acting funny on Fairway Lane.

At 12:59 p.m., a caller reported that four people playing “gypsy music” were blocking a parking lot on Main Street.

At 1:25 p.m., a caller on Double Bluff reported that a dead deer was decaying on the beach.

At 2:13 p.m., a caller reported that a man with curly hair was unresponsive at a bus stop on Highway 525.

At 4:19 p.m., a resident reported that a woman was peeking into the windows of a home on Bailey Road.

At 6:08 p.m., campers at Deception Pass State Park accidentally called 911. The dispatcher could hear a family talking about hot dogs.

At 6:17 p.m., a woman at a Highway 525 location reported that a man walked up to her and told her he had a dollar for her. He left in a blue minivan.

At 7:46 p.m., a driver reported seeing a woman with long blonde hair standing on the “other side of the railing” at Deception Pass Bridge.

Saturday, Sept. 10

At 11:42 a.m, a Scenic Heights Road resident reported that a tractor in the area was plowing fields and covering the roadway in dust. Vehicles were slamming on their brakes.

At 12:04 p.m., a Honeymoon Bay Road resident reported that a boat motor was stolen.

At 2:11 p.m., a caller in the area of Smugglers Cove Road reported finding a piece of fiber glass that may have been from the crashed seaplane.

At 6 p.m., a caller at Smugglers Lagoon reported that a boat was following too close to a pod of orcas.

At 6 p.m., a Moran Beach Lane resident reported that four people were fishing on private property and refused to leave.
