“The South Whidbey Tutor/Mentor program, sponsored by the South Whidbey Youth Center in collaboration with South Whidbey School District and the Langley Police Department, is seeking individuals who are interested in tutoring or mentoring a middle school aged young person.Do you enjoy the company of young people? Do you have a strong belief in youth and their abilities?
