Nominees are needed for the Island County Public Health Community Health Hero Award.

The deadline for nominees is Friday, April 10.

There are three categories: adult, youth and agency. Nominees should be volunteers who impacted community health, which includes health care, environmental health, nutrition, safety and quality of life.
