An open house discussing the 2036 population projections for Island and Camano counties has been scheduled for 10:15 a.m. Monday, March 10, in the Commissioners Hearing Room in Coupeville.

Island County is required to ensure urban growth areas are adequately sized to accommodate 20 years of projected population growth as part of the county’s ongoing comprehensive plan update.
