The Langley Planning Advisory Board will meet at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14 at city hall.

“We’re going to be talking about the zoning code update, still,” said planner Fred Evander.

The board, an advisory body to the city council, has been talking at recent meetings about reworking the city’s development regulations. Previous discussions have included the types of housing that would be allowed in different neighborhoods, as well as setting a limit on the maximum size of homes — based on total floor area per acre — that could be built on land in the city and its urban growth area.
