Langley found its new legal representation Monday after months of searching. The Langley City Council hired Jeff Taraday of the Seattle-based Lighthouse Law Group, which specializes in municipal law.

The Langley City Council hired Jeff Taraday of the Seattle-based Lighthouse Law Group, which specializes in municipal law.

Since June, Langley has sought new legal representation after terminating its contract with Issaquah-based Kenyon Disend. Langley worked with Kenyon Disend for a little more than a year, in which the law firm was paid $45,093.97 from April 2012 to June 5 of 2013.
