The city of Langley is looking for volunteers who are interested in serving in one of four openings on several advisory boards and commissions.

There is one position open on the Planning Advisory Board, and applicants must be Langley residents.

The Langley Library Board has two positions open and the Langley Cemetery Board has one position open. Residents and non-residents with an interest in the cemetery and library are welcome to apply.

People interested in the volunteer posts should apply by Jan. 7 to be considered.

Applicant packets with additional information can be picked up at city hall during business hours and can also be found on the city website at www.langleywa.org/whatsnew.
