Finding someone to change Langley’s official website has the city in a sticky situation.

As of the city council’s June 17 meeting, no qualified bids were received at city hall. Two were submitted, and one of them came with an $80,000 quote for a complete overhaul of the city’s web page design. The city planned to re-write the request for proposals in the hope more bids will be submitted.
