Dale and Joyce Lyski recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on the island of Maui, Hawaii.

Helping the couple to celebrate was the entire family, including son Dale and wife

Marsha, grandchildren Ashley and Ryan Lyski, daughter Lori and husband Daren and granddaughters Kaitlin, McKenna and Camryn Kloes.

The Lyskis were married Aug. 30, 1958 at the Riverton United Methodist Church in Seattle.

They have lived on Whidbey twice. The first time was in 1969 when employment brought them to Langley for eight years and then in 2001 as a chosen location for retirement.
