Jacqueline Perry of the Whidbey Island Daughters of the American Revolution was awarded the organization’s Good Citizen Award and a $100 scholarship. Hough is the current president of the school’s student body and has a long resumé of service to the school. She also is a four-year letterman on the cheer squad and tennis team.
